The Community Development Department (CDD) consists of six divisions: Administration, Community Preservation, Development Services, Planning, Rent Stabilization, and Filming & Special Events. Click the links below to review services provided by each division.

Administration
Administration is responsible for budget management, purchasing, records management coordination, accounting and administration of the Planning and Intelligence Units of the City's Emergency Operations Center.
